The major tenant is SA Water with the top 2 floors developed for commercial leasing. The project is committed to achieving a 6 star design and is built to a GBCA rating and a 5 star ABGR outcome.

Some notable features include 100% outside air displacement floor ventilation, a fritted veil to the western façade, an ETFE atrium roof and a tri-generation system to reduce peak energy demand.
