Aqualoo are currently installing hundreds of Toilet & Shower cubicles, Washroom Accessories and Lockers at this iconic Perth CBD site. The 45 storey commercial tower encompasses all the latest design and construction methods and will afford the tenants some outstanding views across Perth and the Swan River. Already fully leased the building is on schedule.

At 45 levels, the side core design affords large floor plates with spectacular views over the Swan River. An exposed steel braced system scales the sides of the building and tapers into an elegant diagonal crown.

The design by the partnering Architects of Fitzpatrick & Partners & Hassell has focussed on flexibility, sustainability, and occupant comfort. Full access flooring, localised Air conditioning, abundant natural light, lift destination control system are a few of the special features that set City Square’s tower apart from any other building in Perth.

Aqualoo are installing their “Basemount Series” toilet cubicles and “Contemporary Series” shower cubicles with Slat Seating and Lockers to the amenities areas. We wish the Brookfield team all the success with the major project in WA.
