Aqualoo have recently completed installation of some 50 Toilet Cubicles at this spectacular project in Northbridge WA. Each of the cubicles were a special design using some of the latest in finishes and colours as required by the Architect. In addition, the latest Compact Laminate board was also used to line the walls of the access ways and steps of the entry to the Heath Ledger Theatre.

We installed cubicles in Compact Laminate and also in polished 33mm Structural Board in a timber grain finish. They are simply awesome in the design and overall finish which uses Champagne coloured Stainless Steel frontals with dramatic effect. We encourage you to pop in for a visit.

The Project
In November 2005, Kerry Hill Architects was announced as the winner of Centre Stage Design Competition, an international competition for the design of the State Theatre Centre.  From 40 impressive designs submitted by architects from around the world, an international jury, unanimously endorsed Kerry Hill Architects’ concept.

The design includes:

• 575 seat Heath Ledger Theatre
• the flexible performance space, Studio Underground, capable of seating 200+
• The Courtyard, a multi-purpose outdoor space
• spacious foyers and public amenities, including bar facilities for each performance space
• associated rehearsal rooms
• a palette of natural materials including black metal, curved timber and gilded bronze
• strong contemporary visual identities for each performance space
• state-of-the-art theatre equipment.
