Aqualoo are proud to have been invited to design special toilet and shower cubicles for this project in line with the overall building design and client requirements. Incorporating the latest in innovative floor mounting brackets and floor to ceiling installation Aqualoo have completed installation of over 80 toilet & shower cubicles in this metro location.

DORIC is delivering this new 13 storey building in the heart of the CBD at 167 St Georges Terrace, Perth for the Insurance Commission of Western Australia.

Westralia Plaza is an innovatively designed and prominently located high quality commercial building of approximately 10,500m2, comprising of a landscaped ground level public plaza, 11 levels of office accommodation and two levels of basement car parking.

The building has been designed to achieve an A Grade PCA rating with 4 star Greenstar and a 4.5 Australian Building Greenhouse Rating. The structure is a concrete frame with post-tensioned floor slabs and elevations of curtain walling, aluminium cladding and concrete panels.
