Nearing completion this A Grade office building on Mounts Bay Road in central Perth is being constructed by Broad. Comprising of 22 levels the building has been designed to exploit the magnificent panoramic views of the Swan River and Kings Park. The Alluvion will meet 4 star Green Star and 4.5 ABGR ratings, and includes 6,000sqm of gross floor area, two levels of car parking, a cafe, roof terrace and landscaped gardens.

Broad completed a major milestone laying the base concrete slab. Over two separate days in February, the 4,300 cubic metres of concrete was pumped from over 750 concrete trucks. Alluvion will showcase Broad’s commercial construction capabilities and its green building credentials.

Aqualoo are proud to have again been chosen as a key supplier for Toilet and Shower Partitions, Washroom Accessories, Lockers and seating for another CBD project. Using our in-house design and construct team we have been able to install over 120 cubicles in a special design for the client.
