This design and construct project incorporate four floors of commercial office space, four levels of car parking and three levels of retail tenancies. This modern “A” grade office building has achieved the clients requirements of 4 Green star rating and 4.5 star ABGR performance rating. Aqualoo were requested to provide a robust and durable system using Laminex Compact Laminate. Aqualoo are again proud to have worked with Broad and their onsite team for this CBD project.
