Bishop See

Bishop See

WCCI - Aqualoo have recently completed the installation of over 100 cubicles to this new office development in the Perth CBD.

This nine-level commercial tower is on the heritage-listed Bishops See site; Perth's best address set in historic gardens. The office tower is the first commercial property in Western Australia to be awarded a 5 Star Green Star rating. The building boasts a number of ‘green’ features as part of the Green Star rating requirements including better air and lighting quality, amenities which allow for reduced water usage, waste water recycling, onsite facilities such as bicycle racks and change rooms, and office finishes, paints and carpets that reduce the use of volatile organic compounds.

Other features of the building include a cafe situated in the ground floor lobby known as 'Barista 235', which is owned by renowned restaurateur and 'foodie' Kate Lamont, along with the upgraded heritage-listed Bishops See gardens which were originally occupied by Perth's first Anglican Bishop.

The cubicles on this site are in 13mm Compact Laminate and 18mm Structural MR in the Laminex Charcoal colour which complimented the 5 star washrooms and amenities.

Congratulations to the developers on achieving Perth’s first 5 Green Star rating!

Aqualoo are proud to have been a key supplier to this project and look forward to working with the builders and architects involved in future landmark projects.
