Durack 2 is a 7200m2 five-storey commercial building located on the corner of Terrace Road and Victoria Avenue, overlooking Langley Park. It achieved a 6 star ABGR/Green star Energy rating.

The development includes an integrated service core and plant rooms, a 2-storey reception foyer, a proposed wind turbine to the roof area for localised power, and a grey water treatment plant.

The Durack 2 innovative design includes elements not seen before in Western Australia. A fully automated louver system (controlled in conjunction with the mechanical system) spans the western facade to provide sun-shading and reduce solar heat gain. The building is also one of the first projects in Western Australia to use chilled beam heating and cooling.

Aqualoo Toilet and Shower Partitions were installed using 13mm Compact Lamintate, which incorporated the green star rating adding efficiency and also high quality aesthetics to the finish of the building.
