This latest iconic CBD project from the designers at Hassell Architects is nearing completion. Aqualoo are in the process of installing over 200 Toilet Cubicles, 30 Shower Cubicles, 200 Lockers and LCL Seating to all levels of this $350M project.

The project has achieved all aspects of the developer’s requirements and that of the State Government tenant, including special anti –tamper and concealed fixings and 5 Star Green Design rating with a score of 72 points.
Aqualoo’s teams of qualified installers will be installing the cubicles to all 4 zones and up to 18 levels high using the latest Slimline Design from the Toilet Partition range.

One40 William  is located on the prime zone on the corner of William St and the Murray St Mall and is sure to revitalise this landmark site, whilst setting the benchmark for economically and environmentally sustainable development in WA.
